Pāni Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

At Pāni, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through plantwithpani.co.nz.

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver Pāni orders within New Zealand.

If you are outside New Zealand and would like to purchase Pāni products, please contact us at info@plantwithpani.co.nz and we can let you know whether delivery to your location is available.

2. Processing your order

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions or other periods of unusually high demand, dispatch may take longer.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will do our best to let you know.

3. Delivery timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is generally expected within:

  • Auckland: approximately 1–3 business days

  • North Island: approximately 1–4 business days

  • South Island: approximately 2–5 business days

  • Rural addresses: allow additional time

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery can occasionally take longer due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, high-volume periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Delivery costs

The applicable delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Pāni may offer free shipping promotions or other delivery offers. Any applicable offer will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

5. Delivery address

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

If you realise that you have entered the wrong delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at info@plantwithpani.co.nz.

We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once an order has entered the delivery process.

6. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email or through the delivery service.

Please use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the courier.

7. Delayed deliveries

Courier delivery timeframes are estimates and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at:

info@plantwithpani.co.nz

We will investigate the delivery with the courier and work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Lost or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.

We may ask you to confirm your delivery details and provide any relevant information needed to investigate the delivery.

If an order is confirmed to have been lost in transit, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand law.

9. Damaged deliveries

Please check your Pāni products when they arrive.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

info@plantwithpani.co.nz

Where possible, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging, including any visible damage

This information helps us investigate the issue with the courier and arrange an appropriate solution.

If a product is damaged, defective or otherwise does not meet the guarantees required under New Zealand consumer law, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply.

10. Rural deliveries

Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than standard urban deliveries.

Additional delivery charges may apply where stated at checkout.

Please ensure that your rural delivery address and any required rural delivery information is entered correctly when placing your order.

11. Authority to leave

Where the courier service offers an authority-to-leave option, delivery may be completed at the location you have nominated.

If you provide an authority to leave or other delivery instruction, please choose a safe and appropriate location.

Pāni is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after a parcel has been delivered in accordance with an authority-to-leave instruction, except where your rights under New Zealand law provide otherwise.

12. Split or partial deliveries

If your order contains multiple products, we may occasionally send items separately.

If this happens, you will not be charged additional delivery costs unless you have agreed to them.

13. Delivery problems

If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us before arranging any return or replacement yourself.

We will work with you and, where appropriate, the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as reasonably possible.

14. Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet the guarantees required by New Zealand consumer law, you may have rights to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
